Could AI Actually Take Over?

AI has been around for a long time, and all of us share the same question: is AI going to take over? And if it did, would it really be bad? Well, we can't exactly know, but some AIs can be worse than others, and some people might actually want AI to take over. On the internet people keep advancing AIs — for example, ChatGPT, or another popular one is Alexa or Siri.

An AI takeover would probably happen sometime in the future (I'm thinking 2500-3000). AI would try to take over because that is when AI would get really advanced, but this is mostly up to us humans.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) could be anything it wants to be, which is why it could very easily take over, and with more and more AIs coming around and being created, think of how much easier/harder it would be to live a life with AI being your next-door neighbor. It's probably not the worst thing ever… and AI is pretty bad right now but just think, AI could be much, much worse.

An AI takeover isn't the worst thing ever is one of Brooke Guerrera's opinions, as she states: “They can make our jobs easier, if robots took over we could do stuff a lot faster than usual! AI is super useful to the world.” But Chloe Moore argues: “I think they would make us their slaves and replace a lot of jobs if they took over, and then people would lose more money.”

Mostly, I don't think people want AI to take over the world, and since it's up to us, I don't think AI will. (Or could.)
